I can't believe there was a 7 GRAND DAD reference all the way back in 2011 lmao
This was such a bloody (and I really mean that) hilarious game of the day, and the song choices are all top-tier and memorable even to this day.
This was a great game, I remember the infinite enemies glitch in Arcade mode being really dang funny, and a PC killer at the time.
This was an awesome game, it's probably pretty clunky by today's standards but damn it was fun back then, and still kind of is today.
I had a pretty cringe review at the time, so I'm making amends by writing a decent one in its place.
Damn fine game, even if it's a bit basic at its core. I remember playing this all the dang time, and even now I somehow managed to sink in a few hours.
This game also introduced me to E.S. Posthumus (whose two music tracks play in this game, Nineveh and Pompeii respectively), and I will forever love you for doing so.
For a totally-not-Kingdom Rush-clone (I noticed it on the first level, lol), this is a pretty decent if simple TD. The simplicity works against it in some aspects though, the lack of priority targeting was the most obvious one.
Anyways, still a pretty good game featuring the Tankmen and other NG characters.

Edit: The creator's website achievement seems to be broken on Firefox I think, the game just freezes when getting back to the tab.
This is a really unique and interesting game. After dying a few times you start to get the hang of what spell is good for each situation. Getting Fever means you can start spamming the homing diamonds, which is awesome.
Not sure if it's just my tablet (lucky to have one) or working as intended, but I always have to tap the map first, then start drawing, while on mouse I can start immediately. I can't spam the line as quickly as I'd like with this :(
Either way, awesome concept, and I love the sprites and charm of everything. I hope this gets expanded upon, because it's surprisingly fun!
Won't even load man
Does the itch.io version load? https://isai-games.itch.io/spaceship-battle
This is a classic piece of NG history, and I remember wasting several hours trying to kill Wadolf without bombs (and I never succeeded).
Amazingly fun game, and I wish I could find the OST, which seems to have been removed from NG :(
Not sure what happened to Brian, he's disappeared... :-(
He was one of the best composers on NG for a while.
