Madness Combat: The Pacifist Route
Madness Combat: The Pacifist Route
This is a certified Madness classic, I remember this just barely managing to beat out Xionic Madness for MD'07.
It's such a hilarious outlier of Madness animations with its Windows XP-look, female mooks, anime swordsmen, and more melee-focused combat—and who could forget Erectus, the Eternally Hard with his 10-metre combat shlong (which I thought was a middle finger as an innocent child).
Wherever you are, Proxicide, I hope you're continuing to dream up bizarre-yet-awesome fight choreography.
Shark gremlin discovers violence packed in the form of a frying pan and proceeds to brutalize an innocent black comestible into smithereens
Edit: Oh my god you're the funny Touhou man, I was looking at your username and trying to figure out where I heard that. Welcome back after so long
I love how it isn't even a specific clip of Joel screaming, it's from the video "JOEL SCREAMING" instead in all its paulstretched glory
Fucking amazing. Love the sheer expressiveness of everything aaaaa
I love the skirt physics. And damn, this was animated in After Effects? Awesome.
What's the song, or is it an original composition?
Damn, this is a blast from the past. There's so many from known NG animators who are still kinda active to this day. Wish this still existed in some form, it was so fun to see the animations in-between announcements (which is what the overlaying NG theme was used for, if anyone's curious), even if it got repetitive since it was the same set every time.
That said, damn have some of these animations aged terribly, both in style and humour (especially 7:16, holy crap).
Hank simply peeling the dude's "face" off was truly the moment of all time
Hank: "I don't have UNO so go fuck off."
Tricky: "Everyone has UNO dipshit, it came free with your fucking Improbability Drive!"
